Question #1: A If statement is just "if something happens this occurs" an If else statement is "If this occurs then this happens, But if it doesn't occur then this happens". Question #2: No this "If Else statement" is the easiest way to do this. Question #3: The Described people are not seniors and non soccer players and or band people. Question #4: Now it targets anyone who isnt't a senior, anyone who isnt a soccer player and anyone who isnt a band member.
